India-Pakistan Situation and Potential Impact on Freight Transport

The recent measures between India and Pakistan are causing restrictions in freight traffic.

Currently, both countries are refusing entry to each other’s vessels at their ports. Additionally, ships carrying cargo destined for Pakistan are no longer permitted to dock at Indian ports. Furthermore, parts of the airspace have been closed, although this has had little impact on international air freight so far.

Our shipments are not currently affected. Only shipments that move directly between India and Pakistan, or were scheduled to use those routes, may experience potential delays.

We are closely monitoring the situation. For now, there is no cause for concern, but we remain vigilant and will inform you of any relevant changes.
