ADR stands for: ‘Accord européen relatif au transport international des marchandises Dangereuses par Route’. This is the official name of the European agreement concerning the international transport of dangerous goods by road. In this agreement you will find, among other things, what requirements the transport of dangerous goods by road must meet and what requirements are set for material and employees.
All of our vehicles are suitable for transporting dangerous goods. The equipment consists, among other things, of: fire extinguishers, personal protective equipment for the driver, the correct documentation and orange signs on both truck and trailer.
ADR Transport is not allowed everywhere. It depends on which substances and ADR class you have on board and which rules apply in certain countries and states. The drivers and planners of Kuipers Logistics know the way, so that your goods will reach their destination on time.
Kuipers Logistics has extensive knowledge of ADR legislation. Every driver takes a refreshment course every 5 years and also a CBR exam. Only a good result leads to extension of the ADR certificate (5 years).
