Own Drivers and Equipment

Every day, our own Dutch drivers depart for Italy. We have a young fleet consisting of 45 trucks and 65 trailers, all highly versatile. Our equipment is fully equipped for the transport of hazardous goods (ADR) and suitable for intermodal transport. Additionally, we also use box trailers and refrigerated (thermo) trailers.

Transit Time to Milan

Since we depart daily with our own drivers, we can offer a very fast service. The transit time for road transport with our own trailer to the Milan area is typically 2 days, whether it’s an FTL shipment, LTL shipment, or groupage. However, the exact transit time also depends on the accessibility of the locations and Italian driving restrictions and holidays. Our departures to Italy are from Monday to Friday and Sunday evenings (after 10:00 PM). Departing on Saturday or earlier on Sunday is usually not ideal due to driving restrictions.

24-Hour Transport to Milan

In addition to our standard service, we offer a 24-hour service for urgent shipments, regardless of the size of the shipment. Due to our high frequency of departures, we can connect our trailer with our own driver coming from Italy in southern Germany. This allows us to offer a very strong 24-hour delivery guarantee and saves us from needing a second driver.

City Deliveries in Milan

Milan consists of several rings around the city center and is crossed by multiple highways. It is not possible for our own trucks to drive on the innermost ring. Therefore, we have worked for years with trusted partners for city deliveries and deliveries with tail lifts. This ensures we maintain efficiency while still providing the best service.

Trade Fair Deliveries in Milan

Milan is a key logistical hub in Italy and a city known for hosting large trade fairs. If you need transport to or from a trade fair in Milan, we are happy to help! Almost anything can be arranged through consultation. For example, we can even arrange a fixed delivery on Monday morning.

In such cases, we ensure that our driver arrives at the destination before any driving restrictions take effect and stays in Milan over the weekend to deliver promptly on Monday morning.

Intermodal Transport to and from Milan
